After a good kitchen design plan is made, a budget is done, a cabinet layout plan is finished, and all the demo is done, then it is time to do the rough plumbing and electrical. You have to know the exact location of the sink and refrigerator in order to rough out the plumbing.

Have all your appliances picked out, and get all the specs ready for the plumber and electrician. At this stage there has to be a finalized cabinet plan and appliance location plan.
